Tronchón

Tronchón a semi soft, creamy, tasty, sheep cheese from the village of Tronchón, province of Teruel. This is a Bronze award winning cheese, given by The World  Cheese Awards! The village Tronchón has been producing this cheese for centuries and is the only place in the world to make it. This cheese has a very unique shape due to the special cheese molds the village uses. Tronchón cheese even gets a mention in the famous adventures of Don Quijote! This is a very special cheese and Iberian Foods are the only suppliers of it in New Zealand! Approx: 1.2kg
