Galicia Blue

Galicia Blue a traditional blue cheese made with milk of Galician cows. This is a creamy, mid strength blue perfect for cheese boards, serrano ham with blue cheese and pear, rich blue cheese sauce and salads! Galicia is known as the land of two thousand rivers and a million cows. It is one of Spain’s biggest producers of milk and cheese and are best known for their ‘Country side Cheese’  or queixo do pais. Each year the Galicians consume on average 7kg of cheese, they love their cheese. Galician cheese is superb cheese! Approx: 2kg
