Established in 1978 their production methods follow traditional techniques to maintain cultural standards. Internationally awarded and recognised for their unique flavours, we distribute their manchego, roncal, idiazábal cheeses. Ideal matches to our cured meat products.
Consorcio de jabugo
Jabugo is a synonym of tradition and ritual in the artisan production of Iberian ham. In this town of Sierra de Huelva, with an altitude and micro-climate that enables the hams and shoulders to cure in natural drying houses at the pace of the seasons, is the Consorcio de Jabugo’s cellars, where the incomparable smell and the exquisite taste of their Iberian meats are established.

Oriol Rossell
Oriol Rossell is a small family run producer of white wines, red wines and sparkling wines (cavas), located south of Barcelona. With a rich history in wine dating back to the 17th century, the commitment to creating quality, beautiful wine is clear as soon as you taste their gorgeous estate wines.
Palancares
Palancares has an extensive range of products made primarily from goat milk products. Cheeses under the Designation of Origin Queso de Murcia as our popular “Queso de Murcia” and “Queso de Murcia al vino”. Their cheeses have been recognized and honored among the best in the world in several editions of the most prestigious international cheese competition “World cheesse Awards”, winning a total of four silvers and five bronzes worldwide.
Valparaiso
Bodegas Valparaíso, located in Quintana del Pidio (Burgos) is also known as Ribera’s Garden, situated on a mound overlooking the town and it’s old buildings. The town of Quintana del Pidio is closely linked to the nearby Silos monastery, imbedded in historical and artistic surroundings that hallmark this wine growing area.
